The Process:
The Welcome: Guests are greeted warmly by my guest coordinator. They're invited to add their names to our illustrious list.
The List: Once on the list, a guest receives an assigned number. The artist will complete illustrations in the order they are received.
Capturing Moments, Creating Memories: The guest coordinator will take two photos. One of your guest with their assigned number (to track of everyone) and the other of their favorite model pose. They can then reclaim their time to enjoy your festivities and dance their heart aways. No need for them to wait.
A Token of Love, A Treasure to Hold: .As the night draws to a close, your guests are invited to reclaim their illustrated selves—a tangible reminder of the laughter, love, and shared experiences that filled the air. Depending on your number of guests, some will be able to take their illustrations that night, the remaining illustrations will be mailed to the couple 2-3 weeks after the event. This expectation is set early on by guest coordinator.
